A Fresher Place is the farm side, cultural crops, and produce-prescription layer that sits on top of your referral spine and produces the reporting your nutrition services need in order to be billed.
Where we fit
Most Social Care Networks already run a referral spine. We do not replace it. We are the food-as-medicine module on top: cultural-crop sourcing, produce-prescription issuance and redemption, and the grower-and-redemption reporting the spine does not produce.
Draft HRSN service lines
Each delivery can be recorded as a draft HRSN service line (for example HCPCS T2025 with modifiers U2 and U6), carrying member CIN, date of service, service cost, and a referral ID. The draft export is not yet validated against a Lead Entity's specification.

We plug into your network as the food-as-medicine module, priced as a network add-on, complementary to your referral platform.
Direct to institution
An FQHC, hospital, or CBO licenses our reporting and compliance layer directly.
