What it costs to host
Hosting a pickup is free, permanently. That tier is called Open Pickup. Families get food, your site is listed on the pickup map, and there is no fee to you and no cut of the food dollar.
Reporting is an optional upgrade, not a requirement. Hosts who need funder-ready numbers (for example a resident-services budget, a HUD or LIHTC line, or a tenant-association grant that asks how many residents were served) can add Community Reporting, starting at $33 a month.
Reporting is billed by A Fresher Place as software and is entirely separate from the food dollar, which the farm keeps in full.
The property types and levels are the same in every city. Only the local landlord rules differ, and the farm carries the insurance either way.
